Hello boys and girls. My name is Reginald Raven. I
live at the Tower of London in London, England with my
mom and dad, and aunt, uncle and baby sister, who are
all also ravens. Although my real name is Reginald --
and the name my mom always sternly calls me whenever I
have done anything wrong -- my friends have always
called me by my nickname, Rascal. I have lived at the Tower of London all of my life, and I know all of its history, and all the good places to hide when my dad wants me to help entertain the tourists and I just want to sit in the warm sunshine and hop about on one foot. The visitors I like best at the Tower of London are boys and girls like yourselves. I know we like many of the same things and would enjoy each others company.

| Parents and Teachers, the original Tower of London Virtual Tour has been noted and applauded (thank you all!) for many of the areas it covers: travel, history, architecture, culture, and many more ... But, besides travel, it has most often been cited as an educational, reference and/or children's site. With that in mind, this alternate kids-specific version has been created. It mentions most of the highlights (leaving out only a few of the more upsetting historical events) and is a much shorter, easier and more fun read for the littler ones. Older children and students will find the original Tour much more comprehensive and interesting and are encouraged to visit there instead. Additionally, with the education/reference theme in mind, two online quizes have recently been added: one 20-question quiz for adults and older children/students, and at the end of this kids version a fun 20-question quiz. A JavaScript-capable browser is required. Also, for those using the latest Netscape (3.0+) browsers, the child's first name will be inserted several times throughout this Tour, making it a more personal experience for them. This is completely safe and is only used here on the Tour and is not used and cannot be used elsewhere. We hope you enjoy our efforts here, and thank you for your continued support!
