Tower of London Tour

Privacy

Short, because there is little to say

Your plan stays on your device

Stops, routes, planner answers and on-site progress are stored in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or pressing "Reset my visit", removes them. Share links contain only place identifiers, a route name and a time budget, nothing personal, so anyone with the link sees only those.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own unless you accept analytics in the banner (below). Provider sites you click through to (Historic Royal Palaces, Viator) have their own cookies and policies.

Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and a small set of events (planner started or completed, route saved, story added, provider link clicked, on-site mode opened). It sets cookies on this site only after you press "Accept analytics"; pressing "Decline" sets nothing and the banner does not return. Names, email addresses, access preferences and the contents of your plan are never sent. IP anonymisation is on. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and reload.

Email

If you ask for your plan by email, we store your address, the visit date you give and the plan link on our server for up to 30 days after the visit, in order to send the confirmation, a preparation note three days before, a reminder the day before and one follow-up two days after. Messages are sent from info@toweroflondontour.com through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), our email provider, which processes your address for delivery only. Every message has a link that stops the rest; once the visit date passes no pre-visit reminders are sent. You are not added to any marketing list.

Offline saving

"Save for offline" stores copies of pages in your browser's cache on your device only.
